Rare 2-part chocolate mold, because this egg has its grids on top and not embossed, as is usually the case.
Incidentally, this has to do with age. Early eggs had their embossing on top, only later was it pressed in, presumably because it was easier and machine-made.
Today, this egg is a great decoration and certainly a coveted collector's item for enthusiasts.
We got it from the liquidation of a bakery and the owners had it galvanized. It is now matt gray.

Dimensions without rim:
Length approx. 10.5 cm I 4,13"
Width approx. 7 cm I 2,76"
Height approx. 3.5 cm / 8 cm I 1,38" / 3,15"

Condition:
Age-related vintage condition with signs of use, such as rust film still present!
The egg has been carefully cleaned by us to preserve its original charm as far as possible!
