The HERIS Nürnberg mold and metal ware company was founded in 1900 and produced chocolate molds, cookie cutters, baking and biscuit molds. It is not known when exactly the operation was stopped. However, as HERIS has made fabulous and high-quality chocolate metal molds, they are still interesting for many collectors and confectioners today. (Source: Chocolate & Chocolate Molds by M. L. Wolf)
